Part III
April

Appearing in the college examinations is mandatory for every student, failing which she may not be promoted to the higher class or she may be disallowed from appearing in the University Examination. Medical certificate showing the cause of absence will not be sufficient for promoting any students or for allowing her for the University examination. The decision of the teachers' Council in matters of promotion is final.
